Elders serve in spiritual leadership and as accountability partners with the Senior Pastor. As such, the Elders provide counsel and spiritual support to the Senior Pastor in the spiritual direction of FPC.

The primary role of the Deacons is to be servants of the Church. They will serve with the Senior Pastor and FPC staff in performing pastoral ministries and to be zealous to guard the fellowship and unity of the spirit within the Church in bonds of peace.
