CELEBRATE RECOVERY LAUNCH On September 13 Celebrate Recovery will go public. For more information go here. THE CHRISTMAS STORE Every December we partner with LPISD to host The Christmas Store. Through this great tradition hundreds families will be given a chance to "shop" for their children for free. During the month of September we will get a jump on the giving. The Commons will be decked out in Christmas garb including an ornament tree where you can take an ornament in exchange for a new toy. The month will culminate in a Christmas movie night on September 26 at 6pm. CLASS 101 Class 101 is an introduction to Fairmont Park Church and a means to formal membership led by our Executive Pastor, Dee Spears. Class 101 includes a free meal and free childcare. The next Class is September 19, 4-7PM. Register at the Welcome Center or contact the church office. SMALL GROUP OPEN HOUSE FUNDRAISER On September 19 the American Heritage Girls will be serving lunch [for donation] in the gym after the 10:45am worship service. In addition Small Groups will be sitting together and sharing the meal. Each group will leave seats available for guests. If you are looking for a place of connection, this is a great opportunity to have lunch and make new friends.  MEN'S GOLF RETREAT Experience The Alamo City Golf Trail as we play four of the great courses in San Antonio: Cedar Creek, Silverhorn, The Quarry and historic Brackenridge Park. The retreat is October 28-29. The cost of $280 includes two nights lodging [double occupancy], free breakfast and evening brunch, four rounds of golf with cart and all the trash talk you can take.
